As a certified trainer and yoga instructor, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. All sessions and trainings are being conducted remotely so you can work from the comfort of your own space. I tailor fit your workouts to meet your individual needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.
As a certefied trainer, I firmly believe in the positive benefits that fitness can bring to all areas of our lives. When you sign up for my services, you’ll enjoy a rich 1 on 1 personal training experience, in addition to access to healthy living tips and resources. Are you ready to make a change? Contact me to set up a FREE PHONE/ZOOM CONSULTATION. That's where we'll get to know each other. If we're a fit you'll then be invited to fill out an intake form and we'll get your workouts scheduled and routine built! All workouts start and end with a warm up segment. Your first workout with me is all about getting to know the moves and me getting to know your mobility/flexibility/limitations. I will guide you through movements and exercises and pay close attention to your form (making adjustments as needed).  I will track your progress through measurements as we go, celebrating your victories along the way. Additional equipment is welcome and certainly can take the workouts to new levels but is NOT NECESSARY. All you need is a well lit space, free of clutter/obstacles, WIFI/internet connection and sneakers!
